Our Metaphysical Library will guide you on the benefits of each crystal and, when clicking on the crystal type, show you all of the products that we currently have available of that type. If you are looking for a specific item, our search box is located on the upper right hand corner of our page. You may search for products by name, color, style or category (including birthstone, zodiac sign, day of the week, and numerology).

      When you have made your selection, select a quantity and “ADD TO CART”. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, visit your shopping bag at the top right-hand corner of our screen and click on “CHECKOUT” to be led through the checkout process.     • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    • Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to review our Return Policy before completing your purchase. All items are considered final sale and cannot be returned to for a refund, unless the item is defective. Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If for any reason we are forced to refund a cancelled order or item, the client will forfeit processing fees of at least 60%. Orders that are unclaimed at customs will also forfeit processing fees of at least 60%.

    • How are your crystals sourced?
    • Taking crystals from the Earth in an unethical way will affect the energy of the stone. At Pratt Daddy, we always get our crystals directly from vendors with whom we have built trusting relationships. We will purchase from Gem Shows, ethical mines and their distributors, and even miners themselves.

    • How do I care for my Pratt Daddy jewelry?
    • Please note that we recommend you speak to a professional jeweler when using any cleaners on your jewelry. We are not responsible for your jewelry being damaged by cleaning products or general wear and tear.

      (1) Take off your jewelry before you perform any sports or activities that would cause excessive sweating, as well as before showering, bathing or entering the water.
      (2) Try not to expose your jewelry to everyday chemicals such as hair products, cosmetics, perfumes, or direct sunlight, as they are likely to damage them. Keep them away from vinegar, lemon and acidic foods as well.
      (3) Gently clean your jewelry with a soft, clean cloth to maximize the shine.
      (4) Store your jewelry in your Pratt Daddy drawstring purses. This is the best way to protect your jewelry from external elements. If not, you can also put them in wooden boxes with walls lined with foam or lay them on soft cotton wool.
      (5) Keep your chains clasped to keep them from getting tangled.
      (6) Ask your local jewelry maker to inspect your jewelry on a regular basis for any damage. Try yourself not to harm it too much by dropping it or keeping it along with other sharp jewelry.
      (7) Use silver ‘dip’ type cleaners for cleaning silver jewelry. It is safer and the most effective way to retain shine in jewelry but don’t leave your jewelry in the dip for more than a few seconds. Make sure you dry them properly post cleaning. Don’t use silver ‘dip’ cleaners on gold jewelry. Make use of jewelry cleaners intended solely for the purpose of cleaning gold. Regularly polish your platinum and silver jewelry to avoid tarnishing. Polish them weekly or at least once a month (necessarily).
      (8) Gemstone jewelry needs to be taken extra care of, and you can do this by cleaning it with a soft brush and mild soapy water. You may also clean these items using jewelry cleaning solution as recommended by a professional.
      (9) Avoid using abrasive cleaners on jewelry. The chemicals in these cleaner are extremely harsh; and are likely to strip the metals. Use them only for silver and gold; and only when it is necessary since they aren’t always the best solution.

    • How does Afterpay work?
    • Pay for your purchase over 4 equal installments, due every two weeks. You’ll pay your first installment at the time of purchase, and the remainder over time.

      Afterpay is always zero interest, and there are never additional fees when you pay on time. The only fees are for late payments. We'll email your payment schedule and send notifications so there are no surprises.

      You’ll know you’ve been approved within seconds. Orders ship as they would with any other form of payment, as quickly as you choose. Delay the pay, not your gratification.

    • When will my credit card be charged?
    • The customer’s payment method is authorized and charged automatically.

    • Can I use multiple methods of payment?
    • At this time we only accept one (1) form of payment per order, with the exception of orders using a remaining gift card balance that is less than the total of the order. In this case, the gift card balance will be applied to the total and a second (2) form of payment can be used to complete the purchase.

    • Which shipping options are available and what are the shipping fees?
    • Orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, as soon as possible after the order is placed, payment is received, and the order is processed. Please allow two to four (2-4) business days for order processing. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

      *Every country has different custom charges per US delivery and amount spent. Please keep in mind for ordering overseas as your merchandise might require additional custom charges when arriving in your country.

      *United Kingdom shipping is slower than most countries. Please contact and enter your shipping information/tracking number for more on the whereabouts of your package.

      Any questions regarding the whereabouts of your package should be directed to the carrier. Our Customer Service agents have the same tracking information that is visible to you.

      You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. We cannot pre-determine customs fees and Pratt Daddy is NOT responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from Pratt Daddy, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.

      Rates for every order will depend on a variety of factors:

    • We are currently shipping worldwide.

    • Can I ship to multiple addresses?
    • We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

    • How can I track my order?
    • Pratt Daddy will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed of the status of your purchase. It will take to two to four (2-4) business days to process your order for shipment. Processing time may increase during peak/holiday periods. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. A shipping confirmation is emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order status.


    • What is your return policy? How many days do I have to return a product?

      Please keep in mind that once an order is placed and processed, no changes can be made to that order. You have five (5) days after you receive your item(s) to be eligible for a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase, as well as original packaging.

      Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

      Merchandise returned to will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
